• Instant Engine Exchange Program: Don't wait weeks for a rebuild. If we have a remanufactured short block or long block in stock that matches your vehicle, you can exchange your tired or damaged motor directly for a fresh, ready-to-install engine to drastically reduce your downtime.
• Precision Engine Remanufacturing: We build and supply premium remanufactured short blocks, long blocks, and cylinder heads. Every engine is rebuilt to exacting standards using brand-new timing components and high-grade seals to permanently fix common factory weak points.
• Comprehensive Parts Inventory: We maintain a deep, live inventory of new, used, and remanufactured internal engine components, saving you weeks of waiting for shipped parts.

• Custom Rebuild Services: Already have an engine? Bring your block directly to our bench, and we will completely rebuild and refresh it to peak operating specifications.

🔄 How Our Core Exchange Works

We keep standard Subaru blocks on our shelves so you don’t have to wait weeks for a machine shop. To keep this program running for the Eugene community, we operate on a case-by-case core exchange system:

• The Swap: We pull your current Subaru engine and immediately install one of our fresh, ready-to-go remanufactured short or long blocks.
• The Core Evaluation: Your old engine becomes a "core" that our team rebuilds for a future customer.
• Variable Core Fees: If your old engine block matches the replacement model and is fully rebuildable, there is no extra fee. If you do not have an engine to turn in, or if your block has catastrophic damage (such as a thrown rod that cracked the case), a core charge will apply.
• Why Fees Vary: Subaru engine types and market parts availability vary drastically. Core charges are calculated individually based on your specific power plant (such as high-demand WRX and XT platforms, EJ257 STI blocks, newer FA20s, or specialized H6 models) and will always be clearly disclosed upfront in your initial estimate.
